eParticipation Spatial Planning Service

It will be designed to promote citizen participation and collaborative problem-solving in municipality governance. It will be based on a website that allows citizens to submit policy proposals to the municipal government. These ideas would be publicly accessible and can be debated by other participants and revised. The public would also be encouraged to make a simple vote on each proposal support or oppose. It would be an "e-petition" or "open innovation" website that enables citizens to submit, debate, and prioritise policy proposals and ideas in the field of spatial planning.
