Donegal is now home to some of Ireland's fastest growing ICT/FinTech companies and the Inishowen Digital Innovation Hub will be a focus for connecting Inishowen to the wider tech ecosystem across the county, the North West Ireland cross-border area and beyond.

It is now recruiting an Innovation Manager to lead the development and management of the hub.

The hub will provide a range of innovation,
technology transfer and enterprise support services from Enterprise Ireland, Letterkenny Institute of Technology and other universities to start-ups and existing businesses needing to digitally transform their business processes and models.

It will also help meet the demand from local digital enterprises and entrepreneurs for small office and co-working space and from multinationals in the Letterkenny digital cluster and the wider North West City Region for high quality, attractive e-work space nearer to where skilled workers reside.

Donegal County Council
is managing the recruitment of the Innovation Manager on behalf of Donegal Digital Innovation Company (DDIC), the hub owners.

The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term 3-year contract and will be mainly responsible for ensuring achievement of the hub's 3-year innovation and startup targets.

The closing date for receipt of completed application forms is Thursday, 31 January 2019, at 5pm.
