"Everybody needs SEO and Social Media", adds the expert in Digital Marketing.

What you will learn by attending the next workshop

He will speak about implementing marketing theory and practice in a Digital Business environment as well. The changes driving the online buyer journey will be set out with how Digital Disruption affects all businesses. Therefore, Attendants will understand how to build a Digital Measurement Plan:

a) Acquisition
b) Conversion rate optimisation

Conor Boyce recommends to identify 5 or 6 ways of acquisition. "Where does social media fit into overall marketing / sales objectives?". According to Boyce, the best way to develop a digital strategy is to "keep it simple, don't over-complicate things. Know your metrics".

Moreover, the use of analytics for planning and control will also be discussed with a focus on optimisation levels of growth and identification of critical KPIs. Each participant will undertake in-class exercises in relation to topics such as:
