Project partners from the ERNACT led INNOCAP project participated in the Mötesplats Digitala Västerbotten 2025 conference to present the Inno-vera platform, an initiative developed within the project.
Örnsköldsvik Municipality (Sweden), with representatives Mikael Bergström and Jens Danielsson, showcased the digital innovation platform and its applications for public sector.
Inno-vera is a digital innovation platform designed to empower municipal employees of Örnsköldsvik to develop, share, and cultivate ideas that address societal and efficiency challenges, thereby enhancing service delivery to citizens.
It provides a collaborative, AI-supported ecosystem for idea co-development and implementation, enabling public sector organisations to accelerate digital transformation, improve employee engagement, and deliver more sustainable, citizen-centred services.
The platform has attracted significant interest and is regarded within in another ERNACT led and Northern Periphery and Arctic Programme (NPA) funded project MINDSET as a key component of the toolbox supporting the implementation of Reg-MOI – a framework for regional mobilization and innovation.
The visit highlights the importance of collaboration between academia, municipalities, and project partners to create sustainable digital solutions in the Northern Periphery and Arctic region.
