GRAAL project partners

The GRAAL Project (Governance and Regional Atlantic Area Lighthouse) was officially launched on October 13—marking the start of a strategic four-year initiative under the Interreg Atlantic Area program, involving 23 partners from Ireland, France, Spain, and Portugal.

The launch event brought together local authorities, European Commission representatives, researchers, and public agencies to discuss the challenges and strategies of the Atlantic Arc.

ERNACT General Manager, Dr. Caitriona Strain was in attendance, joining the discussion and exploration of practical approaches and case studies aimed at aligning regional efforts with climate and environmental priorities.

This milestone marks the beginning of a collective effort to build a resilient, sustainable, and prosperous future for the Atlantic region.
