On Monday, November 25th, 2024, a 2-hour training session was held for managers and employees of Social Economy SMEs, as well as intermediary organisations, to learn about the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in helping small businesses from high-energy sectors go digital.
The session, organised by ERNACT as part of the SEE BRIDGE project, focused on practical ways AI can improve efficiency, encourage innovation, and address the challenges and ethics of using AI.
During the session, participants learned about the basics of artificial intelligence, its practical applications for improving operational efficiency, and how it can drive innovation. The session also covered the ethical challenges and potential pitfalls of AI adoption, stressing the importance of fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
