Citizens’ Service Points are part of the customer service model of the City of Jyväskylä which has been one of the forerunners in Finland in one-stop-shop service points. The aim of the points is to create better availability for the citizens’ services by providing public and other services at one service point, often also via remote e-system. In Jyväskylä both local and national public services such as those of the Social Insurance Institution, local registry offices, legal aid and cooperation with associations, are available at the same place.
